At CHOI STUDIO, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
- All original tags must remain attached.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging where reasonably possible.
- Proof of purchase or your order number may be required.
Please contact us before sending any item back.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
International Returns
CHOI STUDIO is an international clothing brand and our current return facility is located in Tbilisi, Georgia.
Please note that we currently do not operate a return warehouse or return address in the United States.
For standard or voluntary returns, including:
- ordering the wrong size;
- changing your mind;
- deciding that the fit or style is not suitable;
- personal preference;
the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Customers located outside Georgia, including customers in the United States, should be aware that their return may require international shipping to Georgia, and international shipping charges may apply.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your order.
CHOI STUDIO cannot be responsible for a return shipment that is lost or not delivered to our return facility.
Please contact us before sending your return to receive the correct return instructions and approved return address.
Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items
If you received:
- the wrong product;
- the wrong size due to an error by CHOI STUDIO;
- a damaged item;
- a defective item;
please contact us as soon as possible.
Include your order number and clear photos of the item so that our team can review the issue.
If the problem was caused by CHOI STUDIO, we will provide an appropriate solution and will cover reasonable return shipping costs where a return is required.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer:
- a replacement;
- an exchange;
- a refund;
- or another appropriate resolution.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before the refunded amount appears in your account.
Original Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable for voluntary returns.
If the return is required because CHOI STUDIO sent an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, we will review the shipping costs as part of the resolution.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be available depending on current stock.
We cannot guarantee that the requested replacement size, color, or product will still be available when the returned item reaches us.
Please contact us before returning an item if you would like an exchange.
Sale and Final Sale Items
Certain products may be marked as Final Sale.
Items clearly identified as Final Sale before purchase may not be eligible for return or exchange, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
Duties, Taxes, and Customs Charges
Any duties, taxes, customs charges, or import-related fees associated with an order or return will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
Unless otherwise required by law or caused by an error by CHOI STUDIO, such charges are generally not refundable by CHOI STUDIO.

Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy is intended to limit or exclude any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.
