RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

If you wish to make a return or exchange an item, please make sure it’s done within 14 days from delivery. The returned item must be in its original condition – unused and unaltered – all tags must be attached. Pre orders and discounted items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Customers are responsible for the return costs.  

REFUNDS

A refund will be issued on the original payment method within 3 business days of receiving the return. Additionally, 3 business days are needed to receive the payment. Please note, this is the normal bank procedure and I/E David Malishava has no control over it. By purchasingI/E David Malishava goods via this platform, you accept the policies stated above. SHIPPING

Once your order is placed, our customer care team will follow up with an email confirmation. Items purchased from Sale/Sample sale, could take 5 business days to be shipped. Additional time is needed during the holidays and weekends. International Shipping may take up to 7-9 business days towards all international destinations. CUSTOMS DUTY AND CUSTOMS CLEARANCE FEE

For all countries I/E David Malishava is not responsible for the customs duty and the customs clearance fee. You may be charged custom fees for something purchased online.
