MADE TO ORDER

This garment is limited due to the expensive nature of the fabric, different washed techniques and hand finishing. Please allow 3 weeks for all orders to be sourced and manufactured before delivery, you will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

US and EU Orders are sent duty paid, you should not have to pay any import taxes for your order

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you wish to make a return or exchange an item, please make sure it’s done within 14 days from delivery. The returned item must be in its original condition – unused and unaltered – all tags must be attached. Pre orders and discounted items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Customers are responsible for the return costs.

REFUNDS

A refund will be issued on the original payment method within 3 business days of receiving the return. Additionally, 3 business days are needed to receive the payment. Please note, this is the normal bank procedure and Choi Studio LLC has no control over it. By purchasing Choi Studio LLC goods via this platform, you accept the policies stated above. SHIPPING

Once your order is placed, our customer care team will follow up with an email confirmation. Items purchased from Sale/Sample sale, could take 3 business days to be shipped. Additional time is needed during the holidays and weekends. International Shipping Shipping may take up to 7 business days towards all international destinations.
